During his deposition, Mr. Varley testified that Impell and LILCO were planning to conduct a series of drills'and practice exercises in connection with the LERO training program..

. Mr. Seale testified during his deposition on October 13, 1983 that scheduling information concerning drills has already been sent to LERO workers and we requestod such information during the deposition. We hereby request that LILCO provide the County with prior notification of each such drill and exercise on an ongoing basis, and, pursuant to 10 C F.R. 52. 7 41 (a) (2) ,

we request that representatives of.the County be allowed to observe all such drills and exercises. When we receive notice of a scheduled drill, we will contact you promptly to identify the County representatives who will observe and make the other necessary arrangements. ,
