I have obtained deposition dates for the State personnel discussed in the Board's oral ruling of May 10. 1988. Jaces Papile, Jc=es Baranski and Lawrence Czech will be available for deposition at 1:00 P.M. in Albany on Friday, June 17, 1988.
Dr. Axelrod will be available for deposition at 2:00 P.M. in Albany on Thursday, July 7, 1988. I will contact you as soon as possible concerning a specific location for the depositions.
