I would like to take this opportunity to introduce Mr. Daniel I. Herborn, Director-Nuclear Licensing and Con-figuration. Mr. Herborn assumed this position on January 23, 1984,-and he will be on the staff of the Nuclear Station Engineering Department, Clinton Power Station (CPS) Project.

Mr. Herborn is responsible for maintaining the detailed day-to-day liaison with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for the Clinton Project. He comes to Illinois Power Company with considerable nuclear licensing experience and is avail-able to assist you and your staff in all CPS licensing matters.
