Miller, NRC, schedule for Preservice In-spection Program Clinton Power Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-461 Transmitted herewith is a copy of the Preservice Inspection Program for the Clinton Power Station Unit 1. This is furnished for NRC Staff review to close out the outstanding issue #8 in the Clinton SER relative to preservice inspection.

This submittal consists of two programs. The first is the Non-Destructive Examination Program for Class 1, 2, & 3 components.

The second portion of the submittal contains the Preservice Test-ing Program for Valves.

The Non-Destructive Examination Plan consists of the com-ponents to be examined, their examination methods and specific relief requests. The Southwest Research Institute Examination Plan for the Preservice Examination of Clinton Power Station Unit 1 is included as an attachment to the submittal.

The Preservice Testing Program for Valves contains the list of valves to be tested, their specific valve categorization, t testing requirements, and relief requests. The Valve Program p bu-was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the 1974 L 1.
