50 - tBL Enclosed are seven copies of the Purdue University Reactor Emergency Plan which is being submitted as required by 10 CFR Part 50.54.r and covering requirements in Appendix E of 10 CFR Part 50.
Due to the difficulty of integrating this plan into the Purdue University Disaster Plan and interfacing it with all of the organizations concerned, all approvals have not been received.
No major changet, are anticipated in receiving these approvals but in the event any changes are required, an amendment will be sub-mitted no later than December 15, 1982 to reflect these. These difficulties have been discussed in telephone conversations with your organization.
Please disregard my letter of October 20, 1982 as it is no Iciger relevant.
