Enclosed is a copy of the revised Emergency Plan for the Purdue University Reactor PUR-1. The changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan and mostly involved updating the names of organizations on the Purdue University campus, and clarifying the chain of command in the event of an emergency.

The only significant change was to modify the surveillance frequency of security and radiation alarm systems. An explicit frequency was removed and i
replaced with references to the security plan and the technical specifications as appropriate.
