Dear Bill:

4 /s e e -.

This will acknowledge receipt of your letter of March 25, l

There seems to be an ambiguity as to whether there are  ;

documents to be produced in response to our Second Request. I You refer to "any additional documents." Would you please inform us whether there are such documents from the Second Request, and if so, the number of pages you will be producing.

As you will recall, each of our requests has requested that production be made in our offices. You complied with I

this for the documents from our First Request. We agreed _to deviate from this for the documents from the Second Request because of the large volume of documents involved. Accordingly, the volume of the documents to be produced pursuant to the Board's November 20 Order is of great significance in deter-mining whether it is more reasonable for us to inspect them at the site or for you to transport them to Chicago.

In light of the above, we obviously cannot try to schedule a date for the document production until we receive your answer to this letter. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. D503 -

y Very truly yours', ,. -
