During the month, CSW filed a request for document production addressed to Texas Utilities Generating Company

Attorneys for CSW participated in the depositions of R. Raymond, J. Lytle, T. Hatcher (which was not completed and the remainder of which has been continued to a date to be agreed upon by all parties), L. H. Fish, J. C. Driver, J. Eiland, and J. B. Robuck.
