This amendment contains changes concerning the Meteorological Program (section 2.3), as a result of TVA's QA&A audits, changes resulting from TVA's exceptions to ACI-318-71 in the design and construction of Catego;y I structures (section 3.8), changes in fly ash requirements, and other minor miscellaneous changes.
