Pursuant to the Board's prior admonition that such motions shall now be dealt with on an expedited basis, Houston suggests that the following l schedule obtain for this motion:

ORDER REGARDING HOUSTON LIGHTING & POWER COMPANY'S MOTION IN LIMINE TO EXCLUDE THE PROFFERED EXPERT TESTIMONY OF CARL STOVER on April 23, 1980, Houston filed its motion in limine to exclude the proffered expert testimony of Carl Stover. Copies of this motion were served in all parties in this proceeding.'

The Board finds that there is good cause for a modification of the schedule to respond to said Motion. Therefore, pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.711(a), the Board orders the following schedule be ad opted :
