HARTSVILLE AND PHIPPS BEND NUCLEAR PLANIS - REPORTABLE DEFICIENCY -

DEFECTS IN ROSEHOUNT TRIP / CALIBRATION UNITS - INTERIM REPORT NO. 2 Initial notification of the subject deficiency was made to NRC-CIE, Magion II Inspector 1. W. Wright ou March 28, 1980. The first interim report was submitted on April 25, 1980. TVA and GE investigations to determine the quantity of model 1152 pressure tramitters shipped to Hartsville and Phipps Bend Nuclear Plants are not complete. The information will be provided in the final report which TVA anticipat.as transmitting on or before September 17, 1980. In compliance with paragraph 50.55(e) of 10 CFR Part 50, this constitutes the second interim report of the subject deficiency. If you have any questions, please call Jim Domer at PTS 857-2014.
