REVIEW OF PURCHASE REQUEST FORMS INITIATED BY CONSTRUCTION -HTRD 518/81-14, -520/81 PBRD-50-553/81-15 The subject d3ficiencies were initially reported to NRC-0IE, Region II, Inspector P. A. Taylor on May 20, 1981 as NCR's HTAHPP81-01 and PBNHPP81-01. TVA submitted the first, second, third, and fourth interim reports on June 19, August 28, and November 6, 1981, and February 16, 1982, respectively. In compliance with paragraph 50.55(e) of 10 CFR Part 50, this letter constitutes the fifth interim report on the subject deficiencies..TVA is still in the process of analyzing the deficiencies. We anticipate transmitting the next report on or before July 15, 1982.
