Process for NRC Review of Root Cause Info - Revision 1 Importance: High Louis and Charles; This is the revised process for transferring Root Cause packages to the NRC for review. These packages will be considered preliminary, are not final packages, and are being transmitted to facilitate the NRC SIT timely review of the final root cause.

• Charles Williams will acquire the review of Sid Powell (Primary) or Dennis Herrin (Backup) for release.
