Me have also attached an application and accompanying affidavit, as required by 10 CFR 2.790;requesting that certain confidential commercial information which is treated as"proprietary" by ourselves and our nuclear steam system supplier (The Genera1 Electric Company)be withheld from publi'c disclosure.

Four (4)copies of the proprietary material are attached for your use.The security plan for MNP-2 (FSAR Section 13.6)is being prepared to meet the HRC."Requirements for Physical Protection of Nuclear Power Reactors" and will be submitted as an FSAR amendment in December 19/8.:,Technical Specifi-cations (Chapter 16)will also be provided in an amendment.
