NJOOS622 Enclosed, please find a corrected page for the December 1990, Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR). A correction was made to the results of the fourth quarter bioassay test due to incorrect testing procedures. In accordance with the April 8, 1991 letter from Suzanne Uhler of the Bureau of Industrial Discharge Permits, this test was repeated during the week of June 24, 1991. The correction has been marked by a pound symbol (#) to facilitate updating your records.
