This leads to ambiguity with regard to what actions are appropriate when SWS room/area COOling subsystems may be degraded or non-functional.

Therefore, Entergy proposes to add a new Condition, Required Action, and Completion Time to TS 3.7.7 to address this issue. Information will be added to the associated TS Bases to provide additional clarity with regard to application of the TS under these circumstances. Questions (NRC staff).
