1448 S.R. 333 Russellville, AR 72802 PURPOSE: This is a public exit meeting between the NRC and Entergy Operations, Inc., to discuss the results of the augmented inspection conducted at Arkansas Nuclear One. An Augmented Inspection Team was chartered to review the circumstances surrounding an industrial accident which caused a loss of offsite power to Unit 1 and an automatic shutdown of Unit 2 on March 31, 2013 (ML13098A889).

CATEGORY 1: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
