Dear Mr. Shea:
By letter dated October 2, 2013 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML13280A267), Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) submitted a license amendment request for the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (SQN), Units 1 and 2.
