| | from public disclosure. The changes were necessitated by the relocation of the rector console and the construction of a security wall in the reactor room. These changes have not decreased the effectiveness of the previously approved plan; therefore, this letter is simply to inform you that such changes have been made. The modifications were completed on 20 September 1984. The changes have'been approved by the Reactor Safety Board. |

Dear Mr. Kelly:
Enclosed are three (3) copies of the revised security plan for the AGN-201M .'eactor at Texas A&M University. This plan should be withheld '
from public disclosure. The changes were necessitated by the relocation of the rector console and the construction of a security wall in the reactor room. These changes have not decreased the effectiveness of the previously approved plan; therefore, this letter is simply to inform you that such changes have been made. The modifications were completed on 20 September 1984. The changes have'been approved by the Reactor Safety Board.
The above changes also necessitated revisions in the emergency plan.
Three (3) copies of the new plan are being sent under separdte cover.
