Carpenter OP-5850 24 February 1982 Based on this licensing action I have asked Dr. Schlapper to assume the duties of reactor supervisor and also to assume administrative responsibility for this facility replacing Dr. R. G. Cochran, who retains his license.

As Department Head, I shall retain final authority and ultimate responsibility for operation of the facility as outlined in the Technical Specifications.

However, to expedite licensing matters and/or inspection activities, Dr. Schlapper should be the primary contact.
