This letter is serve as notification that Dr. Carl A. Erdman SOP # 4136-2 Docket 55-8487 has been removed from our list of act:ve operators for the AGN-201M. Dr. Erdman is not currently participating in the AGN-201M requalification program as required by 10 CFR 55.33(e).
Prior to Dr. Erdman performing any function of a senior operator, he will participate in an accelerated requal program, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission will be notified of his renewed status as required by 10 CFR 55.31(e).
