Revision 08 to the Yankee Nuclear Power Station Defueled Security Plan
Dear Sir / Madam:
Enclosed is Revision 08 of the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (YNPS)
Defueled Security Plan.
The change reflected in Revision 08 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan. Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54 (p), Yankee Atomic Electric Company is notifying the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of the change that has been implemented.
Revision 08 changes the location of the Control Room and Security Alarm Station (SAS) from the original control Room Complex (located adjacent to the Turbine Building) to the new Control Room Complex (located within the recently renovated Gatehouse).
Attachment A explains the change.
Attachment B contains Revision 08 to the Defueled Security Plan.
