Dear Mr. Berry:

The purpose of this letter is to document our discussions of July 6, 1990 regarding decommissioning of your .005 KW(t) AGN-201 M reactor facility.

Based upon the described operating history and the low flux design, it is anticipated that there will be minimal amounts of activated hardware and material, and the major cost item will be processing of the chromated water.

As a result, it is expected that the decontamination and decommissioning effort will be in a range of $40,000 to $50,000 (1990).

If we can be of any further assistance in this matter, please call.
