Dear Mr. Collins:
In order to strengthen the technical and management staff of the Nuclear Science Center Reactor Facility at Texas A&M University, Mr. Barry Willits will be added to the staff effective 1 June 1983. Mr. Willits has been serving as Reactor Supervisor at the College of Engineering's AGN-201M reactor.
I will again serve as Acting Reactor Supervisor of the AGN-201M reactor until a replacement for Mr. Willits is hired and licensed as an SRO.
I am currently licensed as an SR0 on the AGN-201M reactor.
I have informed Mr. Constable of your staff of this change.
