% g We recently had a small contamination problem on the upper research level adjacent to the pool. It went unnoticed and a tour was allowed to enter.
Although this was not a reportable incident I am sending a copy of the report for your files. Everything worked out well and except for a slight inconvenience all tour participants were pleased with the results.
A copy of this report has been sent to Blinn Junior College and another to the Texas Department of Ilealth, Inspection and Compliance in Austin, Texas.
