Dear Sir:
This letter is serve as notification that Dr. Donald G. Anderson, SOP # 43203 Docket 55-01595, and Barry L. Willits, SOP # 4472 Docket 55-8452, have been removed from our list of active operators for the AGN-201M.
Neither are currently participating in the AGN-201M requalification program as required by 10 CFR 55.33(e). Prior to either Dr.
Anderson or Mr. Willits performing any function of a senior operator, he will participate in an accelerated requal program, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission will be notified of his renewed status as required by 10 CFR 55.31(e).
