! Dryvell Purging and Vent Exhaust valve V-16-19-7A failed to shut. The j inoperability of valve V-16-19-7A exceeds the Limiting Conditions for I Operation an defined by section 3.7. A.2 of Tech. Specs. The subject.

section states that prituary containtaent integrity shall be maintainer 1 at all tieca when the reactor is critical or when the reactor water temperature I in above 212*F and fuel fu in the reactor vessel. The reactor was shutdown
