Enclosed find one revised NRC Form 327, "SPECIAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL (SNM) PIIYSICAL INVENTORY

SUMMARY

REPORT," for the Material Balance Period ending March 31,1997 at the Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility (CFFF).

A mistake was discovered in our item control records on June 6,1997. The mistake was corrected immediately but affected the results of the previous physical inventory by 2,017 grams uranium and 15 grams isotope. The corrected inventory difference for uranium and isotope were well within all regulatory limits.
