This is to clarify that in view of the Comission's amendment to 10 C.F.R. i 50.47, 53 Fed. Reg.36955(Septemb;r 23,1988), and the 2
Connission's Order dated October 7,1988 regarding same (CLI-88-08), the                                                                                        i i
onsite Licensing Board, comprised of Sheldon J. Wolfe, Chainnan; Jerry Harbour; and Emeth A. Luebke, has jurisdiction over and shall consider and decide the now full-power notification issue -- i.e., the Amended Content 'on On Notification System For Hasrachusetts (and certain bases) admitted in the onsite Board's Memorandum and Order of June 2,1988                                                                                            l l                            (unpublished).
The Board comprised of Ivan P. Smith, Chainnan; Jerry Harbour; and                                                                            r Gustave A. Linenbirger, Jr., and its newly added Alternate Meders,                                                                                            f John H Frye, III and James H. Carpenter, will continue to preside in all                                                                                      ;
other proceedings pertaining to offsite emergency planning for the                                                                                            j i
