HARTSVILLE AND PHIPPS BEND NUCLEAR PLANTS - REPORTABLE DEFICIENCY -                              -
ROSEMOUNT MODEL 1152 AND 1151 PRESSURE TRANSMITTER DEFECTS (NCR PRC 80-28)
Initial notification of the subject deficiency was made to NRC-0IE, Region II, Inspector R. W. Wright on June 3, 1980. The first, second, third, and fourth interim reports of the subject deficiency were submitted on July 2, September 17, 1980, April 3, and June 30, 1981, respectively. In compliance with paragraph 50.55(e) of 10 CFR Part 50, this letter constitutes the fifth interim report of the subject deficiency.
TVA is still in the process of investigating use of the subject transmitters. A more detailed report of this investigation will be provided on or before June 22, 1982. If you have any questions, please call Jim Domer at FTS 858-2725.
