Morrison-Knudsen Structural Steel Problem, dated January 28, 1981.

2) G03-81 -503, letter, D. E. Dobson to R. H. Faulkenberry, same subject, dated February 19, 1981.

Reference 2 stated we would submit a final report by May 1,1981. As we are unable to provide that final report, the following is a status of actions taken.

We have combined the malpractice and structural steel inspection docu-mentation problems into one for evaluation as 10CFR50.55(e).

All of the corrective actions required by the Contractors Corrective Action Request have not been completed. These actions are anticipated to be complete by June 15, 1981.
