Due to the expanded scope of the subject deviation, i.e., inclusion of 114 Contract, Chicago Bridge and Iron (CB&I) has been unable to complete their investigation as planned. Therefore, the February date will not be met. It is anticipated that CB&I will complete their investigation'and[ forward the results to Ebasco by April, 1984Q Supply System /Ebasco Engineering will evaluate the data and provide the final report to you by June 15,1984J Work is currently progressing on inspection and repair of nonconforming burn slot weld repairs. CB&I has increased the NDE effort to expedite the inspection process. Morrison-Knudsen has been retained by CB&I to perform the rebolting and inspection of the beams removed during the rework.
