On April:13, 1987, the Supply System verbally informed the'NRC Region V office of a potentially reportable deficiency in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.55(e).
Subsequently, on May 13, 1987,= the Region V office was verbally notified that the Supply System-was still in the process of determining reportability and a two week extension for-submittal of an interim / final report was requested.
Accordingly, this letter is to confirm the discussions of-May 13,- 1987 between Supply System Quality Assurance and Region V.
i An interim / final report of the subject deficiency will be submitted by May 27,1987.
