Letter (G03-84-402), A. D. Kohler to T. W. Bishop, same subject, dated June 22, 1984.
The referenced letter provided your office with an Interim Report of the subject deficiency and noted that a Final Report would be submitted upon receipt of information from Combustion Engineering (CE). At the time, it was anticipated that the Final Report. would be provided by. June 30, 1985. However, Ebasco has not received the Palo Verde' Nuclear Generating Station LPSI Pump Evaluation which is the basis for our Final Report.
