P.S. I just spoke to Lynn DeWald at Entergy. The judge of the Vermont Environmental Court just renewed the stay in the NEC appeal of the most recent NPDES for VY. The result of the stay (first stay just lapsed at the end of May) is that VY must continue to use the old NPDES temperature limits and can not take advantage of the one degree increase granted in the NPDES last year.
