(Chairman of the ASL3) , the dispute relating to the tincliness of Licensee's discovery requests datcd 7/29/80 .eas resolved.

During a conference call today between myself, Mr. Zahler representing the Licensee, and Mr. Smith. (Chairman of the ASL3) , the dispute relating to the tincliness of Licensee's discovery requests datcd 7/29/80 .eas resolved.
It is clear from the Chairman's comments during the conference call that the 5 days for service still apply here, altScugh this .eas not clear in the 15 July 1980 Memorandum and Order. Therefore, parties are to consider the responses provided in my August 1 filing to represent av response to Licensee's 7/29/80 interrogatories.
