This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Matt Adams of your staff and Mr.Daniel Arnett of this office on April 3, 2006 concerning a Category One public meeting which has been scheduled for April 19, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. The meeting notice, which providesadditional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC ReactorOversight Process Annual Assessment of your Surry facility. During the meeting we recognizethat you may have information which you want to present to us or any members of the public in attendance.
