PROPOSED STRETCH POWER UPRATE TO MILLSTONE POWER STATION, UNIT 3 During the 551 st meeting of the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards, April 10-12, 2008, the Committee considered the staff's draft safety evaluation regarding the Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. application to increase the maximum authorized power level of Millstone Power Station, Unit 3, from 3,411 MWt to 3,650 MWt. The Committee decided to review the Millstone Unit 3 stretch power uprate application and the associated NRC staff's safety evaluation.
