SUBJECT:
MILLSTONE POWER STATION, UNIT 2 AND 3 - CLOSEOUT OF TAC NUMBERS FOR LICENSING ACTIVITIES THAT DO NOT REQUIRE STAFF REVIEW (TAC NO. MD0179 AND MD0180)
TAC Numbers MD0179 and MD0180 were issued on February 22, 2006 to review letter 06-086 submitted by Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. regarding Revision 2 to the Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program (ADAMS Accession No. ML060460525). The subject TAC numbers were obtained to track review of the submitted plan revision. The licensee's letter also stated that the changes did not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
Therefore, no regulations require NRC staff review of the submitted Revision 2 to the plan, and TAC numbers MD0179 and MD0180 will be closed.
