SEDA-COG i s the Areawi de A-95 Clearinghouse for a ten-county region in Central Pennsyl vani a.Acting in i ts rol e of A-95 Cl eari nghouse, the staff of SEDA-COG has reviewed the Draft Environmental Statement related to operation of the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station (SSES), Units 1 and 2 (Docket No'~50-387 and 50-388).SEDA-COG'interest is rel ated to the proximity of the SSES to our region, and the potenti al impact of the SSES in the region.It is our contention that one ma jor omi ssion needs to be addressed in the environmental statement.
