.s RES0LUTION WHEREAS, we Councilmen of the Borough of Berwick, as custodians of the safety and welfare of this community believe~ that Evacuation Plans for our i
i people must be workable, and; h
WHEREAS, up to this point in time, after the many hours put into the
$ plans for evacuation, we have much controversy and contradiction between i
t various parties involved in the plans; g

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Berwick Borough Council, now in session on this 15th day of February,1982 go on record requesting that the
- 4 N.R.C. Licensing Board re-schedule Hearings on this very important issue of r
]
evacuation and that such Hearings be conducted until the N.R.C. Licensing

. Board and all parties concerned believe that we have the best Evacuation Plan i

[. possible for the people of Berwick and the surrounding area.
