DOCKET NUMBER 50-483 CALLAWAY PLANT ANNUAL PERSONNEL EXPOSURE AND MONITORING REPORT - 1995 AND ANNUAL REPORT OF INDIVIDUAL MONITORING RESULTS Included herewith is the Personnel Exposure and Monitoring Report for 1995 submitted pursuant to Sections 6.9.1.4 and 6.9.1.5 of the Callaway Plant Technical Specifications. This report is also required to include the results of specific activity analysis of the reactor coolant system in which the limits of Specification 3.4.8 were exceeded. There have been no such incidents in this report period.

Also included herewith is the 1995 Annual Report of the Individual Monitoring Results by licensee NPF-30 for each individual for whom monitoring was required by l 10CFR20.1502, and for individuals for whom monitoring was '

provided but not required during 1995. This report is submitted in accordance with 10CFR20.2206 and is provided in an electronic format on a 3 1/2" double sided, high .
