Dear Sir or Madam:

Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Regulatory Issue Summary 2011-04, Preparation and Scheduling of Operator Licensing Examinations, requests that licensees submit, on a voluntary basis, a NRC Form 536, Operator Licensing Examination Data. Estimates are requested for calendar years 2013 through 2016.

The purpose of these estimates is to assist the NRC in budgeting and scheduling resources.

In response to this request, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. is providing the enclosed NRC Form 536 for the Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP). PNP currently has examinations scheduled in 2012 for six reactor operators, five senior reactor operators-instant, and four senior reactor operators-upgrade. Examinations begin the week of June 25, 2012.

This letter makes no new commitments or revision to previous commitments.
