Group 2 (Q#20) 000033 AA2.04 Rejected 000032A2.09 because the SR Nuclear Instruments remain energized at all power levels at Palisades. High Voltage mis-adjustments do not result in any protective functions (trips, etc) occurring too early or too late based on poor discrimination of neutrons from gammas at low power.
Replaced with 0000033 AA2.04 to keep outline balance, and sample an APE that was not previously sampled on either section of exam.

Group 2 (Q#58) 015K3.01 Rejected 015K3.06 because there is NO Reactor Regulating System at Palisades.
Replaced with 015K3.01 to keep outline balanced and sample a concept that does apply to Palisades.

SRO Question #91 has selected 001A2.14, and quoted the verbiage of A2.14. but the K/A topic column has the wrong number (A2.12). The test item was developed for A2.14.
RO question 33 has selected 006A3.01, and has listed the text of the A3.01 KA in the topics column, but has listed the 01 in the A4 column, instead of the A3 category column. The test item was developed for A3.01.
A couple of questions (RO #17, RO#24) have KAs that deal with guidance in the EOPs, but at Palisades, there is no EOP for those E/APEs. There are AOPs, and the test items were developed for the AOPs. The KAs were NOT rejected.
SRO question #88 has selected KA 026A2.05 which deals with the failure of the chemical addition tanks to inject. Palisades has no chemical addition tanks, but the KA was not rejected because a test item was developed around the idea of failure to add the chemicals.
RO question 52 has selected KA 073 A4.02, but has the text for A4.03. Test item was written for A4.02.
RO question 42 has an incorrect Importance Rating listed. It should be 3.4 vice 3.9.
