The plant is at 100% power.

2400 VAC Buses 1C, 1D, and 1E have been transferred from Safeguards/Station Power to Startup Power per SOP-30, Station Power, Section 7.3.2 for emergent inspection of the 2400 VAC Safeguards Bus.

Safeguards Transformer 1-1 and Startup Transformer 1-2 Load Tap Changers are in AUTO.

INITIATING CUE:

The Control Room Supervisor (CRS) directs you to perform SOP-30, Section 7.3.2 step 7 to ensure voltage requirements of Section 4.2.1, Safeguards Transformer 1-1, and Startup Transformer 1-2 Operability Requirements, are met.
