Report of Changes to Palisades Nuclear Plant Security Plan, Revision 18 Palisades Nuclear Plant Docket No. 50-255 Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-'20 In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 50 (10 CFR 50), Section 54, Conditions of licenses, paragraph (p)(2), (1 O CFR 50.54(p)(2)), Holtec Decommissioning -

International, LLC (HDI), is submitting on behalf of Holtec Palisades, LLC, Revision 18 to the Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP) Physical Security Plan (PSP). The Enclosure contains a de_scription and basis for each change included in PSP Revision 18. Revision 18 of the PSP is provided as an Attachment to the Enclosure, The changes made to the PSP were analyzed as required by 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2). The analyses concluded that.the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the PSP.

Accordingly, this revision is submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).

Information contained in the Enclosure to this document has been classified as Safeguards information. Therefore, HDI requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.22, Protection.of Safeguards lnfonnation: Specific Requirements.

This letter contains no new commitments and no revised commitments.
