Dear Sir:
Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. is submitting the initial license written examination retake outline and Job Performance Measures (JPM), for the Palisades Nuclear Plant, in accordance with NUREG-1021, "Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors," Revision 10. The initial license written examination retake is scheduled for the week of August 7, 2017. The following materials are enclosed:
One Form ES-201-2, Examination Outline Quality Checklist One Form ES-201-3, Examination Security Agreement One Form ES-301-1, Administrative Topics Outline One Form ES-301-3, Operating Test Quality Checklist Five Palisades Job Performance Measure Packets One memory stick with references to support the JPM review Pursuant to NUREG-1021, these materials shall be withheld from public disclosure until after the examinations are complete.
