In accordance with the requirements, of 10 CFR 50, 51, and 54, PPL Susquehanna, LLC (PPL) submitted an application requesting the renewal of the operating licenses for the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station (SSES) Units 1 and 2 Reference 1.

Reference 2 documents that NRC has 'concluded that the application is complete and acceptable for docketing'in accordance with 10 CFR 54.19, 54.21, 54.22, 54.23 and 5 1.53(c).

Reference 2 requested PPL to inform the NRC staff by November 3, 2006, if the conditions established in the letter are understood. PPL has reviewed the letter and understands the conditions of the letter and finds them acceptable.
