Fred, I listed my RAI items in my Acceptance Review email. They were as follows (note one change marked with Strikethrough)

At the site audit, I would like to acquire docketed copies of the following pieces of information:

the complete NPDES permit issued in 2005 and the accompanying NPDES application the Ecology III 2005 report Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures/Pollution Incident Prevention Plan (or related) documentation on any groundwater monitoring programs, whether site-wide or targeting a particular facility or remedial action From the past ten years, any release notifications, notices of violation, or remediation documentation associated with surface water discharges, septic or sewer systems, or groundwater or soil contamination (including spills, leaks, and other releases of tritium, fuels, solvents, or other chemicals).

Susquehanna Environmental Request for Additional Information Hello Team, We are due to provide NRC with a list of Environmental RAI's on November 24. Please provide me your list or RAI's by November 23. According to Alicia Mullins, if the RAI is minor (can be handled at the site audit) don't include that in this first round of RAI's. Next round should come after the site audit.

NRC will mail this list to PPL on 11/30/06 and they will be given until 1/16/07 to respond.
