The attached email was sent from Jerome Fields whom I spoke with on Friday Jan 5, 2007. I called PPL to discuss what communication and / or issues have been relayed between PPL and Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC). The attached application was sent to SRBC by PPL in December and they are awaiting SRBC approval. Eric Epstein from TMI-Alert has notified PPL that he plans to intervene on this application when a hearing is set sometime in 3rd/4th quarter of this year. On another note according to Mr. Fields the 316(b) report has already been approved by the state DEP in the early 1980's.
